Terms & Conditions
The purpose of “Holidays @ all the best places” is to offer luxury holidays at affordable prices. All of our offers are subject to availability and come with two options;
Non Promotional Offer (NPO) – traveller will pay a premium rate for their accommodation with no further conditions attached to travellers, resorts or season subject to availability.
Promotional Offer (PO) – The PO offer gives discounts of up to 70% off the normal rates, depending on the season.
Clients agree to attend a relaxed morning at the resort/hotel/company learning about the benefits and offers available. With this agreement of your time the resort allows us to book the breaks at a much reduced rate.
Promotional Offer (PO) criteria
* Married (or cohabiting for a minimum of 3 years).
* Between the ages of 28 - 65 (depending on specific resort profiles)
* In full time employment or if retired with company or private pension.
* Minimum joint income of £25,000
* British passport holders.
* Have valid credit card to pay for any “Holidays @ all the best places” holiday.
The client(s) who provide any false information could result in the offer being withdrawn. Clients who book a PO offer but subsequently decide not to attend an open morning presentation during their stay will be charged the full rack rate of the participating resort.
*Absolute Sea Pearl - Beach Resort Between the ages of 35 -60
*Sunset Beach Club - Between the ages of 25 -65 no timeshare owners or pack owners
*Club Flamingo & Atlantic Garden - 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 adults 2 children up to 12 years or 3 adults.

All accommodation is self catering unless otherwise specified
Client(s) are under no obligation to purchase any product while on an “Holidays @ all the best places” holiday
Holiday accommodation is provided free of charge, for up to four persons, subject to availability.
A booking fee is payable at the time of your reservation dates being confirmed. This booking fee is non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your holiday, this fee will not be refunded. All booking fees vary and are dependant on resort, accommodation, type and by season requested. Additional supplements apply for certain dates.
All costs and expenses not covered by “Holidays @ all the best places” are the recipient’s responsibility.
Changes may be made to the reservation at least 8 weeks prior to arrival and must be made in writing from the lead person. Reservation changes will incur an administration charge of £25.00 and any further cost we incur in making the alteration.
Necessary health precautions, passport, visa entry requirements for the country or countries to be visited are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
You must nominate ALL travellers by name at the time of the reservation request.
It is not possible to change the names of the travellers once the reservation has been confirmed.
All parties must travel together on the confirmed date.
“Holidays @ all the best places” has and will persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high quality resorts, agents and suppliers for their standards and credibility. “Holidays @ all the best places” reserves the right with or without notice to add, withdraw or substitute these.
Non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions will automatically invalidate the contents of the offer and absolve “Holidays @ all the best places” of all responsibilities to the participant.
“Holidays @ all the best places” does not accept any liability for any damage, delays, injuries, deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics, willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person or companies who are not employees or authorized agents of “all the best places”.
“Holidays @ all the best places” and their agents may use your information to keep you informed by post, telephone or email or other means about products and services which may be of interest to you.
